I could have slapped the woman today, she lucky I’m working on me🥰 Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I clearly stated multiple times that I did NOT want my hair blown straight, yet she ignored me and did whatever she wanted while repeatedly saying “I know” — clearly she did not. She yelled at me, spoke about me in her language with her husband while I was sitting there, then nervously laughed when I called it out. Completely disrespectful. I came in with my hair already washed and conditioned and was still aggressively charged $50 for a simple wash-out and blow-out — which is outrageous. I paid $40 and even that was too much for a service I didn’t ask for. When I spoke on my own phone about the situation, she immediately started yelling before I could even finish my sentence. This place lacks basic professionalism, respect, and customer service. Do not recommend!!
Has the best specialized one of a kind treatment at this hair salon. Hands down one of the best Dominican game salons in the area. My stylist name was Griselda she was so knowledgeable and gentle with my hair. Please do yourself a favor and go to this salon if you want quality hair care.
AMAZING PLACE , IT GIVES THE COMFORTABILITY AS IF YOU WAS RIGHT AT THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME DOING YOUR HAIR. MY HAIR CAME OUT AMAZING , SHINY AND LOOKS LIKE A MILLION BUCKS! THANKS TO THE NICE LADY WHO’S CHAIR ITS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE WITH THE ORANGE COLOR HAIR SHE WAS AMAZING . THANKS SO MUCH GOD BLESS
They are terrible! This review is specifically for Black women or women of color with a curl pattern. They DO NOT practice haircare nor do they understand Black hair! They use excessive heat, will argue you about how you want your hair and the products you want and they have NO understanding of time! They talk as the day is long! Years ago this place provided great hair service along with good customer service but they’re just about the money. After 10 years of visiting them on and off, I will NEVER go back. Don’t do it unless you want your natural curl pattern to be damaged or if you want your hair to fall out. Oh and now they price gauge depending on how “hard” they find your hair to be. Absolute trash. One more thing! Do NOT let the lady whose chair sits in the middle (she has thin hair) of the salon do you hair. She will kill it will excessive heat and flat ironing is nonstop. Every hair she’s ever touched looks dry, no volume, body or shine. Just don’t go there ever!
